The Sea Delicacies of Casa Di Cecco are prepared by preserving the freshness of the vegetables harvested from the fields, the perfect complement to our high quality fish. All preserved exclusively in first quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil with an intense taste. No stabilizers nor preservatives are used, as our products are 100% natural and handmade. This is a high quality product and should be treated accordingly. Though the bain-marie method is used for pasteurization, this product has a shelf life of 18 to 22 months depending on the ingredients used and on the storage conditions.
